YOUR SESSION

We have 12 light panels along with 9 cushioned, zero-gravity chairs for our clients to relax in.

Feel free to eat a light snack before the session, as food is not allowed in the EE room.

Your body will reach an optimal healing state when fully relaxed. Close your eyes and do your best to calm your body. Naps are ideal.

We ask that you do not use your phone while in a session, and have it silenced or off.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

You will likely feel rested, and rejuvenated.

Drink plenty of water to help flush toxins from your system.

If you begin to experience a headache, body, or joint aches, these are signs that your body is detoxing.

Continue to drink lots of water, and take a salt bath as soon as possible (directions below).

Salt Bath Instructions

A salt bath is recommended after each session.

Do NOT use epsom salts or table salt.

You will need:

2 Cups Sea Salt

2 Cups Baking Soda

1 Cup Borax

Instructions:

Fill your tub with very warm water. Add the three ingredients above, and soak for 30-40 minutes.

If you don't have access to a bath tub, do a foot soak in very warm water with half of the ingredients above - 1 cup of sea salt, 1 cup of baking soda, and 1/2 cup of borax.

If you do not detox, it is possible the toxins will be reabsorbed by your cells.
